Where: Como Town, St. Paul
Age of Bap Boy: 1.5+
Review: This is a summer place, and for our family, it’s a once, maybe twice a summer activity. We tried it out last summer when Bap Boy was approximately 1.75 years old. He was just old enough to handle going on some of the little kiddie rides by himself, and a handful of kiddie rides with a taller chaperone (mom or dad). This summer we went with some of his older buddies (ages 5 and 7) and he had a good time. As a kiddo not quite 36 inches tall, his options are far more limited than a child over 36 inches. I do wish they’d make the price a bit lower for the wee little ones, but oh well. He still enjoys the few rides he can go on.
We went last year and this year after 4pm when the admission is $14.95 for a wristband. As the taller chaperone, we don’t have to pay for a wristband, so it’s just for him that we pay for it. Not too bad for a mini amusement park experience in the heart of the city.
