Where: Chaska Community Center’s Kids Room
Age of Bap Boy: 2.75
Review: Family lives out in Chaska, so over the last year, we’ve ended up here 3 times. Usually, it’s on a Sunday morning and what happens is the local Christian church has their daycare kids come into the space and sort of “take it over.” This last time we went, it was a quiet Sunday afternoon and there were NO other kids there except the 2 that I brought with me. Honestly, that was pure bliss for them and us. A rare opportunity, for sure. The boys LOVED it. No competition to use the ball pit, just a room full of fun things to climb on and run around. Since this is quite far from home, we don’t go here much, but the few times we have gone, it’s been an alright experience. The huge pool play area at the Chaska Community Center is pretty nice and family friendly. Next time we go, we’ll have to enjoy that instead! Now that we have a certified toddler/almost 3 year old the tides are changing and I feel we can do more with water play areas. I noticed that they also have an outdoor splash pad, too. I think it’s relatively new.
